Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or charge. Paid founding access will open separately through X.
Payments are generally non-refundable
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. This keeps the policy simple and helps X Reach Lab operate as a small, focused product.
Billing mistakes or technical issues
If there is a billing mistake or a technical issue that prevents normal use of the service, contact support. Refund requests may be reviewed case by case.
