What data is collected

X Reach Lab may collect the account information needed to operate the product, including your connected X profile identity, app settings, profile positioning, drafts, notes, logs, weekly review data, and product usage information needed to keep the service working.

X account authorization data

X Reach Lab uses read-only X authorization. Authorization data is used to connect your X account, keep your X Reach Lab account available, and sync supported account information. Secrets and tokens are handled server-side.

Posts, replies, and metrics synced from X

When you connect your account, X Reach Lab may sync supported posts, replies, profile information, follower snapshots, and related public metrics so the product can help you review what happened and plan what to do next.

Payment data handled by Stripe

Payment information is handled by Stripe. X Reach Lab may receive basic subscription and payment status information from Stripe, but it does not store full card numbers.

What is not collected or stored

X Reach Lab does not ask for your X password, does not store full card numbers, does not store unnecessary payment details, and does not need private timeline scraping to operate the product.

No selling of personal data

X Reach Lab never sells user data. Data is used to provide and improve the service, support users, maintain security, and understand basic product operation.

No posting to X

X Reach Lab never posts to X on behalf of users. Drafts and planning notes stay in X Reach Lab unless you choose to copy or use them elsewhere.

No scraping timelines

X Reach Lab does not scrape timelines. It uses authorized, supported X access for the account data needed by the product.

Data retention

X Reach Lab keeps account and product data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve support issues, maintain records, and meet operational needs. You can contact support about data questions or account removal.
